The Pre Surgery Diet Procedure

It’s important to follow a special diet before undergoing the slimming surgery. The little loss of extra weight helps to:
•    Reduce the size of the liver.
•    Reduce the amount of water, fats, and sugar stored in the liver.
•    Reduce health problems that might happen after the surgery.
•    Recover quickly after the surgery.
•    Lose weight healthily.

•    Divide the portions of food and fluids for the whole day.
•    Drink at least two liters of fluids per day.
•    Stop smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks.
•    Take vitamins and minerals daily.
